This Halloween Festival is a joint effort put on by the Graham Recreation & Parks, Graham Police, and Graham Fire Departments. Join us for an evening of games, rides, and fun. The event will consist of inflatables, games & activities, trunk or treat vendors, a video game truck, food trucks, and more!
