Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Graham City Council will hold a Special Closed Session on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 12:00 noon, Municipal Building Council Chamber, located at 201 South Main Street, Graham, North Carolina 27253, pursuant to G.S. 143-318.11(a)(3) and (6) to discuss a personnel issue.
